WEEK 1:   IDENTIFY THE DIFFERENT TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED IN A BAKESHOP.
WEEK 2:   UNDERSTANDING A RECIPE AND MEASURING TECHNIQUES
WEEK 3:   USING CONVERSIONS AND CHANGING THE YEILDS OF A RECIPE
WEEK 4:   PREPARING YEAST BREADS
WEEK 5:   PREPARING QUICK BREADS
WEEK 6:   PREPARING COOKIES
WEEK 7:   PREPARING BASIC CAKES
WEEK 8:   EVALUATE CAUSES OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS
WEEK 9:   ANALYZE FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE FOOD SAFETY
WEEK 10: PEST MANAGEMENT
WEEK 11: SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR FOOD PRODUCTION, SERVICE, AND EMPLOYEES
WEEK 12: SERVSAFE EXAM
